USA vs Mexico

Anybody catch this thriller of a futbol game?

0-0 tie, it doesnt get any better than that.

frankly the guy that says goooooooooooooooooooal gets on my nerves so this was a great game.

but somehow i dont think 0-0 ties are gonna help soccer popularity in the United States. It reminds me of the Simpsons where they go to the soccer game and everyone is all excited and cheering, but then the players just pass the ball to each other really slowly at mid field for a long time and everybody gets bored, except the spanish announcer guy who is super excited.

we want more goals darn it.

i of course watched it. the pitch was awful and it pissed me off that the players had to play on that.

there is no such thing as a non-dull 0-0 draw.
