You know Axver if you end up doing the blog and taking pictures of historic places you might get your own show. What would music would you score the episodes with?

You know you dug seeing Z3 120's undercarriage.

Awesome. See I bet you could branch out and do a lot of things. I mean would you consider scoring or writing tracks for other shows?

Well, maybe you lot should hurry things up by shitting on the constitution a little more and giving Bush a third term.
I was always a big fan of Dennis Kucinich. My views seemed to be very close to his. He was never a viable candidate for the nomination, of course, but I do wish he could at least be a viable running mate.

Definitely. For about the past month, I've wanted to put together a horror film style soundtrack very much akin to The Shining's. And, when I was younger, I made a disc filled with covers and interesting instrumental pieces and soundscapes.
Axver said:LM, check your e-mails. Just sent you some sweet train porn of Hitachi 37M lowering its pantographs just for you.

Cool. Maybe that is something you can do once you get your show going. I bet tons of shows would pay for original songs.

You know, I actually was too for a time. He's an idea man, definitely. Problem is, I'm not sure just how realistic many of those ideas really were.

Now there's a nice pipedream!

And you talk about Obama being too liberal for you ...
But yeah, that's the problem. Kucinich could never get half of that stuff through Congress. So he wouldn't be too effective as President, but as VP - perhaps it might give him influence and profile, if nothing else. Shame that won't happen.

My favourite subject heading on a railfan forum ever was:
"EMs head to Toast Martinborough with their pants down."
(In other words, the pantographs that draw power from the overhead wires were lowered, since the EM class units were being hauled by a diesel locomotive on a non-electrified line.)
It led to all kinds of excited posting of pictures of this train with its pants down. Good times.

What railfan forum do you go to? This one? http://forums.railfan.net/
I'm surprised there are this many of them.

And Ron Paul is so right wing that he's insane. I can find positives in both him and Kucinich, however. Ron Paul would be a terrible VP though. I can tell you that much.

Rules of comic book making:
#1. Make them fun/politically insightful for all.
#2. Women should always be incredibly attractive. Most comic book writers have never seen a woman in their life, but they should use their imagination.
#3. Put the hero in danger at least twice.
#4. No romance-themed episodes. It confuses the readers.
etc...
Screwtape2 said:You know usually with so much discussion the thread would move faster but everyone is so thought out in their posts. I love this.
Screwtape2 said:
Of course not on #4. Readers would rebel.
I like little touches of romanticism. There might be great feats of romantic action by a character like someone might do something out of love. I'll put in little gestures that nerds can use to attract girls.

This is why I said "romance-themed". Many great comics involve romance in a scene or two.
My comics never have though...probably because the characters are all about 13. A sexual innuendo pops up here and there though.
