Good thing you clarified or you might have all kinds of line-backers, quarter-backs, half-backs, and whatever else goes along with American "football" being posted in here.

Roberto Carlos, Fernando Hierro, Walter Samuel, Sammy Kuffour

David Beckham, Gaizka Mendieta, Alvaro Recoba, Luis Figo

Ruud van Nistelrooy, Thierry Henry

Looks quite a nice team to me.....

Zidane, Zidane, Zidane....

With a little Beckham, Shearer and Owen thrown in for good measure!

Zidane may be good, may be great, may be the best (don't think so), but still I don't like his face and thinks he's waaayyyyy overrated!!!!!
So that's my profound argument to exclude him from this great team.

Shearer? Owen? May be good enough for the English national team, but definately aren't good enough for Real Vorsprung FC....

Hmm...don't know about fielding a full team, but Adam Vinatieri's definitely in my shootout lineup.

Vorsprung,

Zidane may be the "best", but you don't like his face???

Hmmm, okay, well I'm glad you don't have Sven-Goran Eriksson's job!

I don't think Zidane's overrated!!

Okay, maybe his transfer fee to Real Madrid is a bit TOO high... but he's no way overrated!
