Ultimate Band Line Up?

This has probably been done before but i want to do it again cos it's fun!

Mine is:

Vocals - David Bowie
Lead - The Edge
Bass - John Entwhistle (The Who)
Drums - John Bonham (Zepellin)

you can only have one person per band though

Well

Vocals: Shaun Ryder
Guitar: James Dean Bradfield
Bass: Peter Hook
Drums: Reni

The music would be unbelievably shit.

Vocals: Liam Gallagher (Oasis)
Guitar: Keith Richards (The Rolling Stones)
Bass: John Entwistle (The Who)
Drums: Larry Mullen Jr (ya know who! I would put Moonie instead but I don't wanna get rid of John so I'm going for the obvious replacement)

It would just be 'My Generation' clones forever for my band's singles.

No, it was Pearl Jam+Soundgarden (although, now that Cameron's in Pearl Jam, it's more like Pearl Jam+Cornell). Your guess was close, though.

Well here is my idea...

Lead Singer-Bono
Guitarists- The Edge, Robert Smith (He'd do the back up vocals as well)
Bassist-Simon Gallop (The Cure)
Drummer-Stewart Copeland (The Police)
