well considering we don't have twinkies over here, I won't pretend to have any form of opinion over this. although I'm sure it is very upsetting for your fellow americans who are fond of their sugary baked goods

What do you do with surplus inventory that will last forever.

Twinkies was the poor man's Boston Creme pie...now that was a good pie!! (which wasn't really a pie at all!)

I don't like twinkies.

And yes, Tomer, they stay good forever, in theory. I wouldn't want to eat a 20 year old twinkie.

A twenty year old twinkie, or do you prefer one that was made recently?

Twinkies....

They are a big treat for me. Perhaps I should have indulged more often.

I don't like Twinkies but I like HOHOs and SnoBalls. The pies and cupcakes don't taste as good as they used to I think they changed the recipe. I can't understand why they're going under, their stuff still sells well.

I saw some urban legends type show not too long ago and they said that it's a myth that a twinkie will last longer than their expiration date on the package... but who knows if that's even true.
