this might have already been posted, but i noticed that there are a lot of replies in the Instant Messaging thread and that people are using all kinds of programs. if you download a program from www.trillian.cc you can chat with people using msn, yahoo, aol im, icq, etc. all from one buddy list. i just did it today and it's pretty cool and it's free. there are a lot of fun smilies. even a toilet smilie.
