We're under a tornado warning here in Birmingham. There have been eight deaths in a town in southeastern Alabama.

Thirteen deaths statewide now. It's not raining in Birmingham yet but this will change.

Wow, I keep forgetting it's tornado season down south. Verte, I drive the entire length of Alabama every March and every single year we've been delayed by tornadoes in Tenn or Alabama. Stay safe!

Our season is not until Aug-Oct (there were tornadoes on our wedding day Sept. 23 which preventing us from leaving for our honeymoon). But, we have had our share of weird weather this week. Several people have died in auto accidents because of sleet/ice storms. Today we had thunder and lightening all day and there was ice and slush coming down making a flood warning.

But no tornadoes!

Yikes!!! I remember living in Minnesota and Iowa when I was a kid and I hated tornados.
Stary safe, everyone who is affected by twisters.
