LMP you cannot go wrong with either of those, they're five stars each easily. Bogart and Grant both play against type too, so that will be interesting if you're new to them.

The sexual politics going on in Notorious are so fucked up and well-played by the leads...one of Hitch's darkest and deepest films. This moves further up my favorites of his every time I watch it.
