I am so sick of people dismissing Blah! by saying things like it's disjointed and meandering. That is exactly what makes their last CD (Bleh? Blech!) so revolutionary; that disjointedness is actually what makes it one cohesive work of art, and the fact they pulled it off so well is amazing to me. The songs need each other. A traditional sounding song would be out of place on the album. They're not trying to write huge singles that turn a profit, they just wanted to do what they felt was right for the album.

But I agree with Blah and Blah too.

EXACTLY! I mean Blah! is just amazing! The lyrics are beyond deep, I'm sure Bono is wishes he would have written "Bleh" I mean :

"Bleh to the world
Blah
Blargh
Bl-
ah"

Come on now, PURE GENIUS! Blah! is filled with touching moving lyrics, the music may seem a a bit out of place, but it fits over all. You can really feel the song... the lyrics just hit you so hard!

In conclusion Bleh! is an amazing underrated album!! GET IT TODAY!

I made a list of 25 candidates and noticed three things.
1.) There sure were a lot of brilliant albums released between 1991-1996.

Twenty-two of my 25 candidates came from 1991-1996.

No particular order:

U2 - Achtung Baby
Alice in Chains - Dirt
Metallica - Black album
Radiohead - OK Computer
Counting Crows - August and Everything After

Never been a fan of Nirvana, and truthfully I think that Nevermind is overrated, even with the fact it was revolutionary at the time.

3.) Massive Attack "Mezzanine"
4.) My Bloody Valentine "Loveless"
