honorable mention goes to the windy hero himself ---> mr. methane!

"flatulate the conga" may just be one of the most rousing dance songs of the entire year. it was criminal of me to leave him out.

The Strokes aren't important but Lenny Kravitz is? Okaaaay... Radiohead's Amnesiac was very cool too.

Pete Yorn is awesome. The next Springsteen, but somehow seeming more relevant to me.

And how are those albums by Sigur Ros and White Stripes? I've heard a lot of good things about them.
