Possibly one of the most heartbreaking and disgusting things I've ever seen.

Could I be a vegetarian? Probably not. But there needs to be serious reform in the way animals raised for food are treated.

I could not watch past the scene where the cow is poked in the throat with a red hot iron.

Why does it have to be so inhumane??? Why can't they just put the animals to sleep or something so they die in peace?

I was actually raised vegetarian. Started eating meat only about 5 years back just out of curiosity. I'm very tempted to change back when I see things like this.

I salute the meat industry for turning something so ugly into something so yummy.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I could really go for a hamburger right now.
