and while i don't think it's a good idea to get back into the america-ish vs rest of the world-ish sports debate, i will say that just because you don't understand the awesomeness of american football (an understandable mistake) you should not put it down.

^yes, every commentator i have heard in this country is awful even for soccer

in england there's maybe a 70% chance you get a good one

^ some of the radio ones are alright actually (although it's just not the same "listening" to the game) but the tv ones just suck
