I'm so cheap, I don't have any real embarrassing shows...

I guess being cheap does have some benefits....

i haven't been to many big concerts, I'm not terribly embarrassed to say I've been to see Aerosmith, but that'd be the closest. Let it be known however, that just because a band's music is mediocre means their live show sucks... it just means it can be kinda unfulfilling

I think it just means that you are embarrassed to have given your money to THOSE PEOPLE (whoever they are in your case).

I may even be able to top THAT nurse chrissi. My cousin, who was 11 at the time, REALLY wanted to go to this concert, but my aunt refused to take her. My uncle said he would buy the tickets if I went with her, so I said, "Yes, I will take her to Backstreet Boys." I just didn't want her to miss her favourite band just because no one would go with her. I put myself in her place and thought 'What if it was U2?' I don't regret it though - she was SO happy! I was really hoping that U2 would come here, so that I could bring her and then she'd see a REAL show!

Wait! Does this count? I didn't actually spend money to see them!

I saw Phil Collins about 10 years ago. I dont think it is embarrasssing as he's a phenomenal performer live.
I also saw Paul McCartney around the same time. I had to escort my mother and told no one at school because back then it was too hard to explain.
I also saw Michael Jackson. I make no apologies for this one either. All shit about the man aside, he is a very rare talent.

and I've also seen Ratcat, Bryan Adams, Bloodhound Gang, the Screaming Jets, the angels, the radiators, jimmy barnes/cold chisel, baby animals, jenny morris...the list is long

a friend once dragged me to see The Juliana Theory. Something Corporate and Vendetta Red were the two opening acts. if there is a hell, it is a never-ending emo show with skanky 14-year-old emo girls.

a different friend loves Dave Matthews, so I got her tickets for her birthday a few years ago. she "thanked" me by taking me with her. ick.

i'm an embarrassment to my crew

Where do I start?

- Justin Timberlake
- Dido
- Sugababes
- Daniel Bedingfield
- Busted
- Kylie Minogue
- Anastacia
- Bow Wow
- Westlife

etc. Haven't paid for any of them though. Part of the job to go and see them...
