I once went with a friend to this local act, he was really excited about....the opening act was a comedian, let's just leave it at that.

i've never seen a shitty band that i actually wanted to see. you could argue that seeing the barenaked ladies on 3 seperate tours, or andrew wk 3 times in the same year is questionable. i wouldn't miss a bnl tour for my own funeral. and awk is fun.

i did see simple plan at the warped tour, but that was a miscalculation. i thought it was the end of their set when i decided to fight through the emo kids to get to the front of the baracade for the dropkick murphys' set...it was only 1 or 2 songs into their set, and i witnessed the whole disgusting thing, including the worst part: the cover of bad religion's "american jesus" where all the kids in the crowd stopped singing, and the idiot singer from the band tried to stage dive. he didn't jump far enough and the security guys had to catch him.

i did pay 20 bucks to see agent orange and the clowns posing as the current misfits (plus 3 or 4 crappy local bands), that was pretty bad. but i had a good time kicking the crap out of kids in the pit....

This might just win.. so let's see.

A couple years ago when I had more mad money to my name, I saw Creed. I've never been a fan, and I guess I was drinking too much at the time. No idea.

Anyway, we walked out during the third song.

On our way out of the venue, we are accosted by someone from a local church asking us, "if you die on the way home, are you sure you'd go to heaven tonight?"

Lovely!

So I told her I didn't believe what she believed and asked her if she was sure she'd go to heaven too.

She said, "of course."

So I said, "you worry about your soul and your actions, and I'll worry about mine."

Alright you win Hello Angel! You should have drank a lot to forget the whole thing. Creed fans are gonna make some therapist a lot of money someday.

New kids on the block comes a close second!

I listed those in the Who Have You Seen? thread.

I'm not so cool I can't admit I saw Bobby Brown when I was 10.
