Superb show, and really threw Ade, Rik and Ben Elton into the public eye.

Tho Ade and Rik even surpassed this show imo the following decade, with 'Bottom'.

It's very off the wall and surreal... which makes it hilarious! Unfortunately, others around me do not usually get the humour

Remeber watching on Sunday nights on MTV circa 1985...funny friggin show.

for me it was on really late on the PBS sister station. Pgh had 2 for awhile: WQED for whatever and WQEX for great Britcoms. From maybe 10pm until early in the morning they showed everything! Benny Hill, Fawlty Towers, Allo Allo, French and Saunders, Mr. Bean and....


I loved them all, but this is a total favorite!
