i don't really like the idea of these, but they're still good for people like me who don't have all their albums.

anyway, i believe the verve are putting out a best of compilation shortly. anyone hear of this?

any info would be nice, considering i'm far too lazy to check it out for myself. :sexywink:

Yeah, i heard about it. I'll probably pick it up, I have "A Northern Soul" and "Urban Hymns." The other ones are next to impossible to find around here, and I rarely order CDs over the internet. It does make me sad that Richard Ashcroft's reasonably good solo albums didn't have any success.

European release dates, and I think most of the world, fall on Mondays. It's just north America that waits until tuesday

November 30 for North America. (I'm getting good at finding out release dates lately......I'm also getting sick of finding out about CDs being released in Europe like a month or 2 before they are here in North America)

urban hymns is all I have from them, and I think it's great.

I'd be curious to hear these other tunes.
