I didn't get to tell you, I'm sorry to hear about your FA. I hope this fixes itself. I've been in Higher Ed Admin for 2 years, and all that I've learned...I think it is ridiculous that in this country it is considered a privilege and not a right. Anyone who has aspirations for a college degree should be allowed to attend, and the rise in tuition is making it more and more unaccessible to some very talented individuals.

there are other developed nations out there that give all citizens a free college education. they aren't overcrowed, the gov't isn't in debt. i don't understand why the federal government does so much talk about believing in education, but does next to nothing to support and improve the system. you're a very intelligent and dedicated individual. they should be opening their doors wide for you and throwing out the red carpet. you deserve it!

ETA: sorry to go all FYM. in short i'll just say DAMN THE MAN!
