All that said, I really can't stand the lyrics of High Hopes. Sounds like an epic gone wrong, ala Spinal Tap.

Isn't Final Cut a greatest hits collection?

Spinal Tap rules. I love that movie.

Tre, the lyrics are really bad - cheesy. They're just begging for someone to put up a mini-Stonehenge and dance around it. The myriad small creatures.

But on the bright side, I hold Polly Sampson responsible for it, allowing my David to remain blameless.

I just them

although it's not my bloody fault, they do it to themselves

I've never seen them, either. I had tickets to the Hamilton show they were playing the week of the 4 Toronto U2 shows - it was on one of U2's off nights, but since I was staying in Toronto for the week, I decided it would be too much hassle to come back for the PJ show, so I sold the tickets.

U2 > Pearl Jam

That being said, I saw their last show here in TO and it ROCKED - I'd definitely go see them again
