My buddy just gave me first complete season of the BBC Office...much darker than the Michael Scott version...but still funny...
Darker, funnier, better than the NBC version. And I like the NBC version, though, this season is a let-down.

Extras is done, hence the finale airing....I'd not start with that....you can always rent the DVDs.

That bad. I hate them. I really do. Just these ones that won't go home and are being assholes on purpose. If we had no HR I'd have them sorted in a minute. I've already challenged a bunch and I'm actually worried about my car right now.

Any band that wrote Let Down or Fake Plastic Trees deserves recognition.

For the record, I do have Blood Sugar Sex Magik and Californication in my collection, just don't listen to them much.

Wait - are you at work? Or are you volunteering @ a juvenile deliquent center?

Reg - the BBC Office is a completely different animal than the US version. Real uncomfortable at times, but friggin hysterical too.

Sounds like you work for the correctional system as opposed to...where you actually work.

Oh, I've seen the first couple of episodes, and I know what you mean...but like you said, it's still pretty f'in' funny.

It's a lot funnier, to me, than the NBC version...but it really is apples to oranges, unfair to compate.

I need to rewatch, actually. I find that when I first watch many bbc series, it takes me an episode or two to get reacquainted with the accents.
