Yeah, didn't happen.

It's actually getting warmer here, supposed to be in the 40s by 9.

My first basketball game is tonight at 9, so hopefully I can drive to that.

My team sucks, for those wondering.

Good news is that Maddy's team won their first game yesterday.
Bad news, on the opposing court, a girl was taken to the hospital by paramedics when her knee and kneecap or bone that connects them became misplaced. I didn't see across the courts and didn't look when I went over to find out what happened (squeamish). I heard from others. And you could hear her wincing in pain for a while

Come on by! Just let me know first, cause I need to get more tomato juice cause the wife brought the last of it to the neighbors. However, we have plenty of pea soup and crackers to hold you over.

Lila - was she hit or was it just a bad step? Ugh. I hate seeing someone land wrong and their leg just go in a way that nature never intended.

Singing peace to all the world
and good will to men!

I was going to upload it, but I can't find it. I thought for sure I had that somewhere.

Yesterday we had a snowstorm. Now a new storm moved in, and it's pissing down rain (which is supposed to continue at least through Monday) and the wind is making all my windows rattle. My cat is concerned.

I used to have an album that had that song on it! I think it also had the song "Snoopy Vs. the Red Baron" - I think the name of the group was The Royal Guardsmen.

Ten, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty or more
The bloody Red Baron was something something the score
Aim and dive, tryin' to end that spree
Of the bloody Red Baron of Germany!

Yeah, I think someone from days of yore in my family, most likely my older brother or sister had that on 45. Good times.
