TWBB in a landslide. His performance in Gangs was better, too, that My Left Foot. In my opinion.

He did win for that, yes. I just find that inhabiting a character to the point that you forget that it's a character is the height of acting, and that's what DDL does. He's amazing.

I think that he was not at all over the top in Gangs, not even close. I don't care too much about the Oscars, but he was out and out robbed that year. Not this year.
