If you have to get the tooth pulled my advice is to go under, I was awake for all 4 of my wisdom teeth and it was not a pleasant experience

I must have been really drunk cause I don't remember that. Although my friend does. He was really freaked out by the whole experience. He's been sitting next a window saying, "MY NAME IS BOB!" His name's not even Bob.
