Tavarez dreamed of being a porn star when he was a kid and had his head rubbed by Manny Ramirez on NESN. I doubt much embarrasses him.

Schilling looks a lot weaker this inning. I thought that shot by Grady Sizemore was going to tie the game.

Sweet, Travis Hafner the strikeout machine is up with 2 out.

For Game 7, all the chefs will be in the kitchen -- as long as Dice-K doesn't give up 7 runs in 2 innings, I think the Sox have a good chance of winning. Beckett can probably go 3 innings if necessary, I doubt Cleveland can say the same about Sabathia.

Hopefully Dice-K gets some nice Sushi before the game and comes out smoking and prove he's worth the 100 million.

Fenway was a blast tonight! They played "know when to fold 'em" when the Indians pulled Carmona. And Gagne went in with a 10 run lead, which is the only way he should ever go into a game (the fox mics may have picked up a go Gagne chant, and we cheered for the 2nd and 3rd outs, but he was definitely booed coming out of the bullpen). I am really confident going into tomorrow, though I wish we'd managed to knock Laffey out of the game and waste more of their bullpen for game 7.

There were mounties outside Fenway (not sure if that's local slang, but cops mounted on horseback) - I guess they were afraid of a riot if we lost.

I can't wait! It doesn't get better than this: final race for Formula One at noon, then an afternoon of NFL games and Game 7 of the ALCS.
