I just recently discovered "Zoo Station" and flipped back about 8 or 9 pages to see if there was any discussion on what I consider to be one of the best shows on television since Homocide:Life On The Street - that show is The Shield. Any fans out there???

yes

I have seen them all

and it looks like torture works

Vic found out who killed Clem
and took care of him.

Sweet justice.

This show is the best show ever. 24 is a close-second, but The Shield is simply riveting. Feels so real...

possibly one of the best shows I've NEVER watched due to my stereo-typing Michael Chiklis from his past shows...just didn't care for him as the "Commish" and didn't think he could hold being a rogue cop (I'm just guessing that's what he is...) but if you say this is good stuff, maybe I'll give The Shield a try...

I mean, I did the real deal, he's just an actor...

I never watched the Commish

so he was new to me when I first started watching this

I think he got an acting award from the critics the first year

Like the Wire

I do highly recommend this

I would say get the first year on DVD
netflix or something

If you like it as much as Deadwood

you will have a lot of good viewing ahead without any spoils
