Well that depends on what I'm drinking and the timeframe I drink them in.

If I go out and drink light beers (which I do if I go out), I can drink 5 in a 5 hour period and I'm good. That is as long as I drink water along with it. However, even then I'm taking my chances.

I have no idea where yimou is? He's probably trolling...

Not overrated!! As long as you don't try to look like Sly Stallone you can maintain your weight and shape. Look at me!!! I lift 4 times a week...of course I don't lift more than 25 lbs at a time, but I'm lifting!

lifting weights is important it's the only way to tone and gain muscle really!
