Spinach Artichoke Dip
2 8oz. pckgs cream cheese you can use reduced fat
1 cup of shredded jack cheese
1 cup of parmesan cheese
1 cup of mayo do not use low fat
2 cans of artichokes cut up (not the ones in oil!)
1 cup of chopped spinach
minced garlic and cayenne to taste

mix it all together and to speed things up I microwave it then put it in the oven to brown once it's heated through. My friend entered it in the fair and won a blue ribbon it's so good

oh serve with tortilla chips or fresh bread

Oddest thing in my house? Besides myself, I'd say two ceramic cats, one which is a vase (!) that my mom's boyfriend found at a garage sale and bought for me because one of them looks almost exactly like Mia. So much so it freaked me out when I saw it on top of a really high shelf one night (she never goes on anything real high).
