Yes, my buddy was telling me about that. "The Alliance."

The Alliance is tied for my favorite Season 1 ep behind Health Care.

Those are the only two that maybe hold up compared to any Season 2 ep.

I'd throw Basketball in there too. That game was hilarious.

Besides that, I agree with you.

Basketball is alright. The game is hilarious, but the rest of the episode is pretty blah.

Dwight's Rip Hamilton mask absolutely kills me.

Yeah, I agree. That game makes up for it, for me. I love Michael's officiating: calling charging when Roy taps his arm while driving to the hoop, and calling a "Flagrant Personal Intentional Foul" on the guy who knocked him in the face.

And Dwight breaking the ice bag.

I haven't seen the first or second seasons but looking forward to catching some on TBS when I can!

You'll enjoy Season 2 a lot, Lila.

There's rarely a weak episode in the bunch.

The only ones I'm not fond of are Boys and Girls and Take Your Daughter to Work Day. I liked the warehouse scenes in the former, but other than that, they were weak.

Every other episode is pretty strong.

Good calls on both, The Secret isn't too high on my list either.

Especially since it follows Booze Cruise and The Injury.

The middle three of that season is the best three in a row you could get. Christmas to Booze Cruise to Injury is just fantastic.

My favorite of the season, though, is Drug Testing. The Injury is number two.

According to Wikipedia, Craig Robinson (Darryl) is being moved to star billing.

Drug Testing and The Injury are tied for my favorite eps ever.

"Now exactly how much pot did you smoke?!"

Yes.

You'll see the shift from Seasons 1 to 2 very clearly.

The color is brighter, more characters are used in the grand scheme of things, it's great.

The Dundies is another classic.

Season 1 had 6 episodes.
Season 2 had 22.
Season 3 had 23 (2 were 2-part episodes, or 1 hour).

Alliance was the 4th of Season 1.
