Gah, I just had to make FIVE phone calls about a doctor's visit that was supposed to be covered 100% by my insurance...and I was getting billed for it.

Um, that's a bad idea IMHO. Ask the Canadians and the Military. I was in the military. No billing was mostly due to not being able to get cared for. Be careful what you wish for.
