It's shameful I agree, but I have nothing better to do until I get my licence and get back from the dig, until then all I can do is get up, run, get home and read/blue crack for the resk of the day, sleep.

oh, it's nothing at all really ....just feeling a little down for no real apparent reason. I had friends over and just wasn't in the mood for them. one of them has stayed overnight and is sleeping at the moment. I was asleep too but can't settle back since waking up about an hour ago.
