Noooo, chatting is okay...we just sort of felt that people had forgotten the way the Bars used to be. When we had this overarching Bar theme, and then other kinds of things from time to time...

This, again, is not to say that people can't come and chat--we're just trying to restore the Bar-ness to the Bar, if you will.
