The people in Baltimore apparently wanted to stay behind. Frank had so many good stories, they decided to hang out. They just walked home, covered in mud and spilled Starbucks coffee, a couple of days ago.

Sometimes I think city councils should pay homeless people as tour guides. I learnt a few things from Frank about Baltimore. Then again we did give him a couple of bucks so he did get 'paid' for his tourist info. God bless Frank, hope he's safe. He thought we were a married couple too.
