Royal Mail left another card this morning!!!!!!! They better not have tried to deliver your parcel again because they were supposed to have delivered it tomorrow.

no, not yet, i'm not long awake.

If I phone the sorting office I get an answering machine, if I phone 'customer services' then I get some space cadet saying he/she'll send an email out to the sorting office. I'll phone both and leave messages and then all I can do is just wait until tomorrow (have an early night tonight for definate), since they were supposed to redeliver tomorrow and not today.
