Chocolate crackles are a mixture of rice bubbles, icing sugar, copha, chocolate and coconut. Mix dry ingredients together, slowly melt copha, allow to cool and then mix into dry ingredients. Spoon into patty cases and refrigerate until firm.

Kiddie food but very yummy...

Are rice krispies little round things that go "snap, crackle and pop" when you pour milk on them? Thats what rice bubbles are...

Copha is vegetable shortening (Hardened coconut oil and soya bean lecithin)....

Sounds pretty yucky but it isn't

yes thats what rice krispies are! a language barrier has been crossed.

I think this is sweeter as it has the coconut oil stuff ....
