i might be back in dublin next weekend - my mates trying to get tickets to SA vs Ireland rugby match
will be the second time this month!

i love that place...

in london? public transport - underground, trains, buses all taht shit. it sucks phenomenonly! my friend has a car but rarely drives it (unless he's going out of town) because if you want to drive into the centre of town you have to pay a daily charge. i used to have a car here when i was working for an estate agents and that was amazing but short lived!

i dunno, public transport has its bonuses but its also a pain in the ass to have your travelling limited by times and dodgy trains and tracks etc and i REALLY REALLY miss driving. in cape town we dont really have a public transport system so everyone drives and i LOVE it

i'm a demon in a car :macdevil:

Do you drive stick?

And if you love driving, you'll enjoy traveling across America. Lots to see, big cars and very roomy.

Edited to add picture:

Hey Digsy, you might be able to be a bit more demonic in this one :D (Shows picture to impress Interference Babes. Hopes to God it works!

i'm an adrenalin junkie so if you put me in a car a generally push it as hard as i can

i would be a very happy person as a racing driver, but i'm not all irresponsible - i'm curteous enough to drive decently when other people are in the car. its one thing to be a maniac on an empty road by myself, its another all together to do it with someone else in the car. and i never ever ever drive drunk, not even remotely - no alcohol shall pass these lips if i have car keys in my hand!

Thanks for coming to my aid in the other forum...

some of what those guys were saying in there sickens me man!
i love u2, we all do otherwise we wouldnt be here, but to say that their album is more important than this humanitarian crisis that's occuring is ignorant naive and self-indulgent.

if u2 ever decided to stop making music so that bono could concentrate more on DATA and other things, sure i would be sad, absolutely gutted - they mean so much to me - but i dont think i could argue with or even feel disappointed about it wihtout feeling guilty.

the work he does is soooooo important and amazing and... life-changing for so many people.

oh dear, i'm starting to sound like jamila

 The world would be a much more beautiful place if we had more people with Bono's heart and passion, that's for sure.

But some of the attitudes I read last night made me feel sick to my stomach....disturbing to say the least.

I just read that thread as well - good going guys!
As to cars - I'm rocking the old ford escort right now but it has all the "girl" things a car needs
1. multi cd changer
2. sunroof
3. pretty color :)

Ipod should start shipping by the 18th :)

Tara!!!! I was ready to have a search party sent after you!! I'm glad you made it back. We've really missed you around here, the kids in Europe go to bed so early, and I still want to play. You're 3 hours behind me and still playful

Can't wait for the pictures and to see the effects of peanuts.

Get some rest darling, looking forward to hearing all about it.

Take these hands they're good for nothing
You know these hands never worked a day
Take these boots they're going nowhere
You know these boots don't want to stray

You got my head filled with songs
You got my shoelaces undone
Take my shirt, go on take it off me
You can tear it up
If you can tie me down

Do you feel loved
Do you feel loved
Do you feel loved
Do you feel loved

Take the colours of my imagination
Take the scent hanging in the air
Take this tangle of a conversation
And turn it into your own prayer

With my fingers as you want them
With my nails under your hide

With my teeth at your back
And my tongue to tell you the sweetest lies

awww:hug::cute: youre so good at relaxing me

well i didnt get a lot of sleep but im back. couldnt stay in bed because i got bored with it. lol

okay, so if anybody is interested how my trip to cali went then here is a brief overview............

had tons to do. maid of honor is really hard! i was the youngest one in the wedding party and had the most to do. ran around like an idiot the whole time organizing and delegating. had too much alcohol to calm the nerves during a few of the events leading up to the wedding.
got sexed up for the wedding in my shimmering dress, strappy shoes and sparkly fairy dust sprinkled over my chest.
had bedroom smoky eye makeup and my first manicure/pedicure.

wedding went great. at the reception i had to play the guitar and sing my song. cant help falling in love/WOWY
i was reeeeeally nervous and almost puked before i went on.
so i did it. sang my poor heart out, ignored the cameras flashing from the hundred something people in front of me. when i was done and opened my eyes i had a standing ovation from all the people who were crying. all of them
and my sister was bawling her eyes out. they gave me my own toast.
i was really embarrased. i was like why are they doing this?? im not even a singer like my sister!

then after i got off the stage and the dancing started i just let loose and drank a lot. i think every person in the room told me how i had a lot of passion, then this guy came up to me with a few of his friends who i didnt know and he said they were a producer and actor and a guy who worked for arista records!!
basically they said that i have my own style, i was good and if i tried i could get a record deal.
yep.
i was officially a rock star for a night.

the whole thing got recorded by my sisters husbands dad.
dont know if i will ever see it though
it was so weird, word got around to me that he had a 'thing' for me.
ew

okay, i dont think anybody really wanted to hear about that did they?:reject: sorry!
