The Mini is a great computer. I have one and have no complaints. I actually paid more for my monitor than for the Mini (but the monitor is drop dead gorgeous ).

I'm just wondering how many of you paid the extra $$$ for the U2 ipod. I know it's stupid to pay an extra 50 bucks for a different color but I did it anyways.

That's the freakiest thing I have ever seen. I foresee GibsonGirl trading in her U2pod for that.

the nano is slightly more expensive than the mini it is replacing because flash memory is apparently still more expensive than hard drives.

I don't want to open another iPod thread for this but has anyone heard what the Bose speakers sound like?

I'm thinking of trading my room stereo (3 cd changer not a big deal) for one of those and I'm wondering if the sound is big enough to fill a bedroom? Who can help?

I've heard them in store displays. Big sound - good enough for any room.

The iPod Lounge gives it a B+ [link]

i hope everything doesn't come out with their own ipod now. then that wouldn't make the U2 ipod super super super speical and cool anymore.
