I have to agree with these in particular (Norah always reminds me of my friend Rachel whenever I see pictures of her-only difference is, Rachel had red hair :)). I've also always thought Janet Jackson and Shania Twain were really pretty, too.

I'm glad Sarah McLachlan grew her hair out-long hair suits her better. Same with Faith Hill (I really wish she'd keep her hair long, she looks a lot prettier with long hair).
