1. Have everyone choose a song they would want on the playlist

2. Make a poll with all the songs that were suggested on it, let people pick their favourite song

3. Pick out the top 16/17/18 songs or how many you can fit on cd

4. Interference playlist 2003.

well, I think we have step one complete

here is a possible playlist.

we could cut it down a bit or we could leave as is and when people are making their CD they could just pick which ones to leave out

I must also say, though, that I'm impressed with the quality of that Placebo song!

Playlist, 2003?

1. Notwist - Pick Up The Phone
2. Menomena - The Late Great Libido
3. Broken Social Scene - Stars and Sons
4. Outkast - Hey Ya!
5. Basement Jaxx - Lucky Star
6. RJD2 - True Confessions
7. Moloko - Forever More
8. Ms. John Soda - Solid Ground
9. Lamb - Please
10. Radiohead - Wolf At The Door
11. The Wrens - Happy
12. Sufjan Stevens - Romulus
13. Iron and Wine - Jesus The Mexican Boy
14. Deathcab For Cutie - Expo' 86
15. Grandaddy - Now It's On
16. The Shins - Turn a Square
17. My Morning Jacket - One Big Holiday
18. Muse - Sing For Absolution
19. Placebo - Bitter End
20. Slovo - Killing Me
21. Cat Power - He War
22. M83 - Run Into Flowers
23. Plump DJs - Creep Show
24. Hybrid - True to Form
25. Mogwai - Golden Porsche

(I added a few more for your consideration )

I tried to make it as flowy as possible

Great idea, but...

Nothing by The Postal Service?

Also, Wonder is a much better Lamb song than Please, in my opinion. And I would choose Cat Power's I Don't Blame You or Speak For Me over He War.

And if there's going to be an Iron and Wine song and not one by The Postal Service, perhaps it should be their cover of Such Great Heights, which is just beautiful.

to the rest.
