Edited to add a grievance: It sucks when you order Christmas presents from Barnes & Noble and they say it will be delivered by December 23, but then you check the status of your delivery and it says "rescheduled delivery for December 27". that's 2 days AFTER christmas!

if you hate, you'll love this...ur package isn't being shipped until next Tuesday and they do UPS ground which is another 6+ days...HATE, HATE AND HATE...
