Barely audible, but a woman is singing the lyric "Au Clair de la Lune"(the light of the moon)...an old French folk song.

This was recorded in 1860 by a French inventor named Scott something

Bono should pay homage to this amazing discovery by incorporating that lyric into one of the news songs!

I guess Thommy Edison has been shown up!

That's creepy as hell. It sounds like a baby girl saying her first words through a wall of static...or perhaps on a youtube video.
