I am not ashamed to say that I loved watching that show I thought it was pretty funny most of the time... in fact, I still watch it when I'm just sitting around and it's on. It's so much better than their California one... So Little Time(?)

I can't believe I just admitted that

Media overhype annoys me. The Olsen Twins do not. I have nothing but respect for how hard they have worked for their "brand." They are very pretty young women, and I wish them well.

Media hype annoys me, and so do the Olsen twins. They annoy me three times a day on my Muzac CD at work, attempting to sing Island in the Sun. Which is not nearly as awful as the one I had to listen to last May, called Fashion Junior High, in which they extolled the virtues of going to school to learn how to make clothes, look at the cute boys, and take field trips to the mall. Sure, the message I got wasn't the intended one; it was supposed to be cute and fun...but didn't we bash Barbie a few years ago for telling girls that math is hard?

/soapbox

Those pictures made me want to cry.

Years ago I saw Dave Coulier (Joey on Full House) do stand up and he referred to them as "The Olsen Monkeys"

i agree.

my mom and i were at the supermarket last night and we noticed the cover of a mag with their picture.

i couldnt help but feel sad because of the media ripping them to shreds.

my daughter LOVES them. i get a bit annoyed but i dont mind them overall.

I think they're geniouses at marketing...they're millionaires cos of all that. I think they're not that pretty but that's just my opinion. And there's a 99.9% chance that I won't see that movie

an argument can be made that the bad but profitable artistic pursuits subsidise the more interesting but less profitable ones.

My 3 daughters (ages 8, 6 and 4) love the Olsen twins.

And as some of you have already discussed I find the talk of them turning 18 disturbing.

Leave them alone.
