No Lauren Graham (Gilmore Girls) for Best Actress Comedy Series AND no Hugh Laurie (House) Best Actor Drama Series??? :tsk:

Variety, Music or Comedy Series: "The Colbert Report," Comedy Central; "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart," Comedy Central; "Late Night With Conan O'Brien," NBC; "Late Show With David Letterman," CBS; "Real Time With Bill Maher," HBO

Love this group! And no Leno nomination :happy:

Definitely have to pull for The Office in any category it's nominated in.

Also pulling for Colbert.

Charlie Sheen? Does anyone even watch that show?

I guess Spader wasn't even nominated :angry: and Henry Gale from Lost should have been nominated.

(AP)NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. One of the Emmy nominees for best animated program is the episode of "South Park" that's said to have angered Tom Cruise and Isaac Hayes.
The episode called "Trapped in the Closet" implies that Cruise is gay and makes fun of Scientology.

Cruise's fellow Scientologist Isaac Hayes reportedly quit because he was upset with the episode. And when it came time to rerun it, Cruise allegedly called Comedy Central and demanded that it be pulled. It was, even though Cruise's people denied he asked for it.

Actress, Comedy Series: Lisa Kudrow, "The Comeback," HBO;

Did any of you see this show? It was frickin' hilarious! Very dark and off-beat, but brilliant. And Lisa Kudrow was AMAZING! A complete 180 from her Phoebe on Friends.

I'm so sad it got cancelled. She probably won't win, but I hope she does!

Charlie Sheen makes the list over Jason Bateman :shrug:

no Mary Lynn Raskjub/Chloe from '24', Hugh Laurie, or Rainn Wilson/Dwight Schrute from 'The Office' noms?

gimme a break.

I hope Arrested Development sweeps and Steve Carell wins. :up:

So happy about all the nominations for everyone who was in Bleak house, an absolutely amazing series :love: :bow: :applaud:

I haven't seen the one with Robert Carlyle, but i'm over the moon to see his name there as i totally adore him!!! :heart: :happy: :up: and he's also a fellow Glaswegian! :D
