Actually, to be honest Chizip, the Canucks have been playing quite disgracfully this series. They were lucky to win the last game, and though they didn't get any breaks this game either from themselves or the refs, they really didn't deserve to win. I hope they pick it up, or it will be a short series with the Wild coming out on top. I still have faith in them though.

terrible game. why does it take the canucks so long to realize they have to try the entire game as opposed when theyre down by two goals?

they should be down 2-0 in the series, were lucky. tuesday better be a different story.

Bertuzzi scares me. Enough on that one.

And Michael - BOTH sides had their cheap and dangerous moments last night. I don't remember seeing such a physical game (that the Wild have played in - and for that matter, have won).

It's really odd. I have so much more confindece in the Wild for this series than the Avs. They played well - despite the number of hits they took. Vancouver is WAY more physical (or stronger). When you have a match-up like that - the "weaker" team (I hate using that for the team I cheer for) will get chippy (or for our purposes "chizippy").

Now on to Saint Paul, where the Wild will again be out to prove/offer something to its fan base.

Minnesotans will forever be pissed about losing the NORTH Stars (I was lucky enough to be at the last home game). We were all weary of a "new franchise." but they have served the state well, especially in their first playoff appearance.

With the Timberwolves (again, "new franchise" after losing the Lakers in the 50's to L.A.) never getting past the first round in the playoffs, the Wild have been a warm welcome.

TRENT KLATT
This past summer, I was loading a plane going to Grand Rapids, Minn. (home of Judy Garland ), and put a hockey bag on the plane. I forget what team it was (not Cannucks), but it was a NHL bag. I looked on the passenger list, and was excited to see Mr. Klatt's name on it. Well, there were also a few kids going to hockey camp in GPZ, so I escorted them on the plane, and without the kids knowing what I was doing, went up to Mr. Klatt and told him who the kids were and what they were doing. The kids were went from clueless to WAY OVER excited to be on a small prop plane with an NHL player. I am sure it was a fun flight for him

Very few people heard of him at the airport (which made me mad). After Friday's game, I bet they know who he is!

Why is it that all of the Minnesota native always find such great success against the Wild?
