This place has been a morgue lately.

So, here's a sign of life:

The 3rd Interference Album Listening Party.

We decide on the record, then we all decide on an evening to listen to it together, and share our comments.

Isn't the internet wonderful?

Don't have the record? Don't worry. We'll take care of that.

This is a wonderful chance to discover great new music.

We've done 60's & 70's classic rock themes before. Not this time. Now, we do 90's Brit-Rock.

10 choices. The cream of the crop from British records released from 1990-1999.

Here are the choices:

1. The Boo Radleys- Wake Up! 1995

Yeah. That may be what happens. We'll have to pick a good nite.

rock on dude!
wait til you hear my band play it...

btw - i voted for the stuffies.

ride!

i don't own any of those albums. i think the only one i've actually heard is the supergrass :hmm:

I gotta go with Dog Man Star - New Generation, Wild Ones

Im stuck between the Verve, Supergrass and Suede, even though i don't have Dog Man Star i know the tunes hmm decisions decisions decisions

I deliberately didn't vote for The Verve because I already have that album and I'd like to hear something new.

So I picked Ride on the basis of a couple of good reviews that have made me interested in hearing some of their stuff.

fuck it -
i'm still gonna listen to 'never loved elvis' whilst all else are rocking to 'a northern soul'...
no offense meant to the verve, of course. but i'm dying for 'mission drive'.
as such, my comments on the yet to be determined night will seem out of place.
C'est la vie....

Pick something, send it to me or tell me where and how to download it, tell me when to show up (Friday night Eastern time worked last time for most of us), and I'd love to do this again.

Even though I've never heard any of these albums before.
