The Caps are good. They're coming on strong, you'll see. I think they'll make the playoffs. Lots of new faces there.

i hate the "new NHL"...

you used to be able to tell who the crap teams were, now it's all turned upside down... except the Leafs of course

^ I don't think it's the new NHL, per se. I just think that it's the cyclical nature of sports and that eventually the good teams become bad and vice versa....except the Leafs of course.

Well, the Caps have sucked all season, but they're better than they appear to be - like the Rangers. The Islanders are worse than they appear to be - like the Devils. The Leafs are pretty much as they appear to be.

That's the most honest NHL analysis I've heard this year!

Is there any professional athlete that cries in public more often than Mark Messier?

If I looked like Mark Messier, I'd never stop crying.

The Rangers retired Brian Leetch's number last night and Messier spoke about his former teammate at the ceremony, and was getting emotional. His eyes were also welling up as Leetch's number 2 was being raised to the rafters.

HIGH-OH!

The Moose is one of the names being tossed around for the new Leaf's GM... I'm sure he can put his crying to good use if that happens

Oh I hope the Moose doesn't become the Leafs GM. That would make me lose all respect for him.

Anyone watching the skills competition? What do you think of some of the changes...

Was it just me or did the obstacle course seem too simple?
