Pikers!

But we can have a great thread without them!

So ... how about Melbourne? Centre of the civilised world, no?

I can't say I've seen enough of the civilised world to be able to judge...

I'd agree that it's the most civilised city in Australia, at least

Also; I am bummed that Velvet Dress got voted out in Survivor already.

I maintain Melbourne is by default the most civilised city. Trams + its culture = win. Other cultured cities lack trams.

Seriously, when I went back to Queensland - it's the fucking dark ages up there still. Quite literally of a summer evening.

And WTF. Velvet Dress didn't deserve to go so early! Though I'm having trouble choosing what to vote for; they're all good songs.

Oh yes, I remember riding one of your trams in the underground. That was really weird. Green line, I think? I seem to remember one cool station had a platform that was subway trains one side and trams the other.

And I'm glad you're still around.
