Ok, I return momentarily to point out some more The Stand lulz. Stephen King made an INCREDIBLY convoluted joke about an old television show, so I had to look up the name of this character so I could understand it. Well, after wasting a good five minutes trying to find out who this person was, it became clear that King spelled his name wrong. After that, I figured out what the joke was and, at best, it elicited a "heh".
