Suggestions needed for cool teacher gifts

What do you think teachers most appreciate for gifts? Last year I gave Starbuck cards. But this year I would like to give something else.

Any suggestions?

My favs always came from Bath and Body Works. Teachers like anything to help them relax.

Nothing with "teacher" on it please.
Nothing scented.

Gift cards to:
Barnes & Noble
a local mall with a good jewelry store ( )

A genuine, warm note thanking the teacher for her hard work and attention to your child.

My students left me stuff w/ love messages from Bono. I'm a big fan of creative things like that. You can't go wrong with taking a picture of the group of you, and decorating a frame to put it in.

You're a fan of the creative gifts, but you wish someone would buy you a few of the items I posted. Right?

I never got this, but one of my friends (who is a teacher) got a box filled with tissue paper. When he dug inside, he found a little piece of paper that said "peace and quiet"
