We got our power back last night, after a grim week (minus two hours) without, due to the windstorm that tore through the Pacific Northwest early on Dec. 15th. Thanks to all of the crews who came from all over the western states and worked 24/7 to get us back on the grid. We lost thirteen trees during the strorm, but none fell on our house. I have great pictures of the damage, but lack the technical knowledge to post them (PM me if you'd like to see them). As far as my family is concerned, this was the non-political event of the year.
