I've heard one of their albums (Keasbey Nights) but it's not really my thing.

Punky ska music. Sounds Big D and the Kids Table-ish, but I don't listen to them either. Maybe I should just shut up

Punky-ska is right. I can't get enough of ska (from the '60s to the third-whatever-wave) so I guess that's why I like them. They do put on a great show though.
