Time to move on to the Tier 2 semi-final, 9 songs will be moving on from this.

*ETA: Originally, the plan was for 9 songs to go through, but I forgot we had a few rounds where there were ties, and since there is room in the final for it, I'm changing it to 10 songs. So 10 songs will be moving on to the final.
